• 1974 October – Transport Companyis establiseh by Antoni Stępień in Dąbrówka Warszawska;

 

  • 1985 June – Robert Stępień, Antoni Stępien’s son, receives the International Transport License. The transport

 

  • is made by one truck ŻUBR. In 1988 from the single parts two tractors JELCZ C620 and C417 are assembled;

 

  • 1990 – new tractors JELCZ and LIAZ are bought. The company owns now 6 trailers;

 

  • 1990-1995 – years of intensive activity and successive investment. Because of dynamic growth appears the problem of technical support lack;

 

  • 1996 January – Robert Stępień, the owner, buys from Okręgowy Zakład Transportu i Maszyn Drogowych in Kielce transportation base with the headquarters in Mazowszany 19 – 3 km from Radom. Transportation base Mazowszany is an object, where since January begins the renovation of:
    • petrol station
    • warehouses
    • service station and offices

 

  • It is a very difficult period for the company, because the renovation entails much expenses. This time the company specializes in loose material transport (cement, lime, plaster);

 

  • 2000 may – Robert Stępień buys 100% share from the Holding Group AGROS and becomes the owner. TRANS-AGROS was founded in May 1989 and was specialized in international transport and forwarding. TRANS-AGROS is simultaneously the 4th shareholder in Polsped Gerlach company (with main seat in Słubice)

 

  • 2001-2003 – years of successive investment – the purchase of MAN truck, trailers and cistern for transportation loose and dangerous materials (ADR);

 

  • 2004 the company drills and conforms the Quality System ISO 9001:2000; All the trailers are equipped in satellite navigation system GPS.
